Something big is about to rise in RollerCoin.
On September 16, the gates open to Grand Building, a new server-wide event where Rollers join forces to build something that won’t simply disappear once the event is over.
The idea is simple:
- use eligible items to support the construction;
- earn Grand Building Points (GBPoints);
- and turn those contributions into real construction progress.
And the first blueprint on the table is the Hamsters GYM.
But Grand Building has more going on beneath the surface. Your GBPoints can push the building forward, move you up a Stage Leaderboard, and progress your BuildPass. And knowing when they count toward each one can completely change your strategy.
So, helmets on. Let’s see how this construction site actually works.
What is the RollerCoin Grand Building?
Grand Building is one massive construction project shared by Rollers on the same server.
The event is divided into four consecutive Stages, and every Stage represents another part of the build. The server starts with an unfinished construction site and gradually transforms it as more resources are contributed and more GBPoints are added to the project.
Think of it as a mix of cooperation and competition.
Everyone is working toward the same building, but your individual contribution still matters.
GBPoints are what move you toward completing the BuildPass and determine where you finish on the current Stage Leaderboard. But remember: BuildPass rewards are only earned if you complete every level before Grand Building ends.
And every Stage is a fresh chapter.
Once one construction phase reaches 100%, its Leaderboard closes, its rewards are settled, and the next Stage begins with a brand-new Leaderboard. The BuildPass, however, continues across all four Stages.
Your first mission in Grand Building is to build the Hamsters GYM, another feature coming soon to RollerCoin, but this time, Rollers are part of what brings it to life.
Every contribution pushes the construction forward, turning an empty site into the next addition to the Rollerverse. The GYM is coming, but first, it has to be built.
Contribute with items, earn GBPoints, build the next Stage
The Recipe shows the types of items currently needed for construction. Depending on the Stage, different eligible categories can appear, including things such as Miners, Racks, Hamsters, or special event resources.
From the contribution panel, you choose what you want to use and can see how many GBPoints those items will generate before confirming.
Then comes the important part: when you press Build, those selected items are consumed.
Once contributed, an item is permanently removed from your inventory and converted into GBPoints according to its value in the current Recipe.
Different items can also be worth different amounts of GBPoints, so this isn’t simply about throwing anything you have into the construction site. Check what the Recipe needs, check what your items are worth, and decide what makes sense for your goal.
Maybe you want to help finish the Stage. Perhaps you’re fighting for a Leaderboard position. Or maybe that BuildPass is your real target.
And that distinction becomes very important once the server starts getting close to its limits.
There is a global GBPoints limit
This is the rule you really want to understand before making a contribution.
Each Stage has a global limit on the amount of GBPoints that can count toward the Grand Building contribution. That limit is shared by all Rollers participating on the server. It is not a personal cap reserved for your account.
While that global contribution capacity is still available, your eligible GBPoints can do three things at once:
Grand Building Progress + Stage Leaderboard + BuildPass
But once the global limit has been reached, the rules change. You can continue contributing eligible items and still receive GBPoints from them.
However, those additional GBPoints will count only toward your BuildPass. They will no longer increase the current Stage progress. And they will no longer increase your Stage Leaderboard score.

And yes: the items you contribute are still consumed even after the global limit has been reached.
So don’t keep feeding the construction site expecting your Leaderboard score to move if the global limit is already full.
If you’re still chasing BuildPass completion, continuing to contribute can absolutely make sense. If you’re chasing the Stage Leaderboard, it won’t.
This is where checking the event status before hitting Build becomes part of the strategy.
Four Stages, one construction
Grand Building isn’t completed in one giant push.
The Hamsters GYM is built across Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3, and Stage 4, with every step taking the construction closer to its final form.
The progress of the active Stage is shown as a percentage below the Stage icon. That percentage represents how close the server is to completing the current construction phase.
When it reaches 100%, the Stage is done. For the first Stage, Rollers will collectively need: 150 000 000 GBPoints
That number isn’t currently displayed directly in the event interface, so we’re including it here to make the first construction target clear.
As the percentage rises, the building itself evolves too.
The project begins as a construction site and gradually receives more of its structure, machinery and final details as the community moves through the Stages. By the time Stage 4 is complete, what started as a blueprint becomes the finished Hamsters GYM.
The basic journey is:
Base → Stage 1 → Stage 2 → Stage 3 → Stage 4 → Finished
Once a Stage is completed, there’s no going back to its progress. The construction moves on, a new Stage opens, and the next part of the job begins.
Every Stage is a new Leaderboard race
Grand Building may be cooperative, but nobody said the construction crew couldn’t compete.
Each of the four Stages has its own separate Leaderboard.
Your ranking is based on the GBPoints that successfully count toward the current Stage Leaderboard. The more eligible points you generate while that Stage is active and within the global limit, the higher you can climb.
When the Stage reaches 100% completion, the race ends.
The Leaderboard is finalized and the corresponding Stage rewards are credited based on the final standings. Then the next Stage opens with a new Leaderboard and a new opportunity to compete.
So your position does not simply carry through all four construction phases.
A great Stage 1 gives you the rewards and bragging rights for Stage 1, but when Stage 2 begins, the race starts again.
This also explains why the global contribution limit matters so much.
Once it has been reached, additional contributions can still generate GBPoints for the BuildPass, but they cannot improve your Leaderboard score anymore.
If you’re watching another Roller getting dangerously close to your position, make sure there is still room left for Leaderboard-eligible GBPoints before sacrificing another Miner into the construction field.
The BuildPass is one long run
While the Leaderboard resets every Stage, the BuildPass does not.
There is one Grand Building BuildPass running across all four Stages, so the GBPoints you earn throughout the entire event keep pushing its progression forward.
The BuildPass includes Free and Premium tracks, with the Premium track covering the whole Grand Building event rather than an individual Stage.
And remember: extra GBPoints earned after a Stage’s global limit has been reached still count toward the BuildPass.
That’s why the BuildPass and Leaderboard can lead to very different decisions.
Even if the current Leaderboard can no longer progress, you can keep contributing eligible items and use those extra GBPoints to complete the Pass.
And completing it really matters: BuildPass rewards are only earned if you finish the entire Pass before Grand Building ends.
If the Pass has 40 levels and you finish at 39/40, it is still incomplete, and you will not receive any BuildPass rewards, even though you progressed through the previous 39 levels.
There are no partial payouts here. The reward condition is full completion, so think of the BuildPass as one long mission rather than a collection of individual level rewards.
Complete the whole BuildPass or receive nothing
Grand Building’s BuildPass does not pay out rewards level by level as you progress.
You must complete the entire BuildPass before the Grand Building event ends to receive its rewards.
For example, if the Pass has 40 levels and you finish at 39/40, it is considered incomplete!
That means you will not receive any BuildPass rewards, even though you progressed through the previous 39 levels.
The same applies regardless of how close you were to the finish line. The reward condition is full completion.
So treat that progress bar as one long mission rather than 40 individual reward claims.
Finished the BuildPass? Don’t forget to claim
Completing the final level is also not the last action.
BuildPass rewards must be claimed manually.
They are not automatically sent to your account just because you completed the Pass.
Finish the whole thing, then make sure you actually collect what you earned.
It’s a small action, but probably not one you’ll want to remember five minutes after the event has already ended.
Meet the Lunch Box
A construction crew needs fuel, apparently.
Grand Building introduces the Lunch Box, a special event resource that can appear as one of the items required by a Stage Recipe.
Lunch Boxes are made specifically for Grand Building Recipes. They are stored among your Utility Items and can be obtained through different activities running around the event, such as Forge, Puzzle Events, Progression, Burning, Resource Well, offers, and other event sources.
Their purpose is simple: when a Stage Recipe asks for Lunch Boxes, you can contribute them to the Grand Building just like any other eligible resource. They have no separate use outside the Grand Building Recipe.
When the event ends, any unused Lunch Boxes expire and are removed from your inventory.
So if you’ve been stockpiling enough lunches to feed an army of Hamsters, make sure that army actually eats before construction closes.
Watch the Hamsters GYM come alive
Grand Building starts with an empty construction site. What happens next depends on you.
On September 16, the first contributions hit the construction site, Leaderboards open, GBPoints start climbing, and the first pieces of the Hamsters GYM finally begin to take shape.
Four Stages later, that empty site should look very different.
